FACULTY POSITIONS ANNOUNCEMENT
ESPAE Graduate School of Management at ESPOL (Guayaquil-Ecuador) seeks applicants for three (3) full time faculty position, for appointment in the areas of Management and Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Finance. Responsibilities include teaching, scholarly research, and service on School committees and /or institutional development projects.
Candidates must have a doctorate (Ph. D) in Management/Strategy (or DBA), Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Finance respectively, or a major in any of the stated fields. Specific research emphases for these positions are open; evidence of scholarly research experience through recent publications should be provided.
Applicants should possess the abilities to teach graduate and executive courses in the MBA, Executive MBA, Master in Project Management, Master in Hospital Management, Master in Sustainable Agribusiness, and must be fluent in English and Spanish (most of the teaching is in Spanish). Teaching and professional/industry practice experience are desirable.
